Ally Rigoli-Redd (LGPC) is a Maryland nature-based psychotherapist. As a Virginia native, she returned to the east coast after receiving her Master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has since been trained in Nature-Informed Therapy, EcoSomatics, and IFS-integration. Ally holds compassion, connection, and curiosity at the core of her work, eagerly meeting each client as the unique individual they are. She employs a systemic and holistic “bottom-up” approach rooted in the natural intelligence of body and land. This is helpful for tending the nervous system, integrating complex trauma, metabolizing grief, re-orienting to our true nature, and empowering self-trust. She views embodied relationship with Earth as a vessel for healing, guiding us back toward authentic connection with ourselves. The trees, wildlife, and creeks are her co-therapists.
Ally views herself as a ferrywoman in the therapeutic relationship; co-journeying with her clients on their healing imrama (voyage). She specializes in helping folks honor and partner with ecological cycles to move with, rather than against, the seasons of land and life. As a lifelong animist, she also specializes in integrating earth-centric and ancestral practices into therapy, where science and spirit are neither separate nor at odds.
She also incorporates art, bibliotherapy, mythic ecology, intuitive movement, & horticulture as relevant. Additionally, as a climate-aware therapist, she openly welcomes those experiencing eco-anxiety/grief, understanding that the health of Mother Earth is inseparable from the health of her children. She is also a registered yoga teacher, providing a foundation in movement and mindfulness. In her downtime, Ally can be found foraging, doing yoga, or curled up with a good book and one (or several) of her fur babies.
Ally sees clients in person outdoors at Cromwell Valley Park and Double Rock Park, as well as Wildflower Wellness’ office in Parkville and virtually.

Parent Consultation
Parenthood is one of the most difficult and rewarding things many of us do in life, which is why we shouldn’t have to do it alone. By partnering with parents to come up with solutions to their child’s problems, Wildflower Wellness helps expedite client growth and provide support to all members of the family. Parent consultation sessions last 60 minutes and take place via Telehealth. Sessions can be paid for out-of-pocket at the rate of $150 to $160 per session or covered by BlueCross BlueShield/CareFirst insurance.

Holistic & Somatic Support
All of our therapists believe in the mind/body connection and incorporate interventions that go beyond traditional talk therapy.
